My daughter lives in this complex and it is pretty bad. They have mice and roaches and my daughter does not have alot in her apartment. But all of sudden she sees rodents. Her first week there they trashed her new dresser she was painting outback and they put the note that she needed to move it the same day they picked it up. But the note said she had a week. She paid her rent late and she paid the late fees she got a notice the next day that said she still owed 55.00 dollars cause her name got processed at the court house the same day she paid her rent.
AND MANAGEMENT OF THE RENTAL OFFICE IS BAD THEY WON'T CALL YOU BACK AND THEY ARE THE RUDEST PEOPLE YOU EVER WANT TO MEET.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
