Reading some of these comments made me laugh. I have been a resident here at Highland Village for two years and I have no problems. I love my comfortable townhome. Office staff always seem to be helpful and prompt. I love the location and conveience.

You must have just moved in. Give a month my daughters been there 3 months and she is about to break her lease. It's that bad!!!!

You must never leave your house!! The office staff has gotten a tad bit better since Melanie has taken over but there are still a few thorns left in there. As for everything else... come to my court, you'll feel like carrying an armed weapon!

Again as I stated in my review, I???ve been a tenant for over two years. I attend work and rest at my home. Most of the time people cause there own drama in their homes. I???m one of the few that doesn???t. When your life never leaves your community or area you will find problem and pick apart each and every little thing. Think about it! The rent is reasonable the location is wonderful and if you pay your rent on time you never have problems with anyone(s) in the rental office. Good housekeeping is a must and so I always make sure I contact maintenance for any issue I may have. Sorry for your luck. If you were living at another community paying close to a thousand dollars or more a month you would still complain of the same if not more problems

You been there 2 years and I lived there for eight years, this community got worse with Sawyer taking over, what you call comfort people getting robbed, car getting stolen, kids and young adults hanging around corners late night? There was time when it was really quite neighborhood and working class people lived there and rent was 475/month and it was Partner's Management. I guess Sawyer has no standard to lease apts or town homes. I don't know how people are gettig town homes when I see them sitting by their doors all day. some of the maintanence guys are awesome no doubt but not all.

Please Highland sucks. All those criminals that live that community. Melanie sucks also. I dont know why you commented on her because she lets them all in. Rapist down to drug dealers. Thats why its so much drama in every court
