I have been living at Highland Village for about 8 months and I have to agree with the previous review. The office staff seems to be professional. Maintenance is good too. I've only had to call them once and that was only to change the filter for my heater. They responded in one day. The people in the office was very helpful and not trying to rush me through the moving process like some other properties do, just to get a sale. I would recommend this community to anyone who is trying to stay in a certain budget because it is worth the money. The rent is reasonable. I live close to everything. If you are looking for a townhome, I think you should give Highland Village a call. They are awesome!!!!

Awesome you must be kidding, this is the place where peopel get mugged, the office personeel are un professional. Wait till you nned a new paint job or a new carpet. I lived here for few years and since sawyer took over, all kind of people moved here. Robberies are every day thing here. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS AWEFUL PLACE
