I was rushed to find a place to live. The office staff was very helpful and patient. Not only did I get a place I talked my mother into moving into the neighborhood. All was good the first couple months. Living in the country I was not accustom to the noises from the neighbors, the cars coming in and out all night, and the street corner partying until all hours of the night. It took a while to adjust to the parking lots lights shinning in the windows.

My mother was mugged coming home from work one night. When she was mugged the management sent someone out ASAP and changed the locks on her doors. However, she had a spare set of keys for my house with my address still attached to them. I called several times to have someone come out and change my locks. I offered to pay. I did not get a call back or new door locks. So I went out and bought new door locks myself just to feel a little safer in my own home.

A couple weeks later my mother s car was stolen. Talk about devastated. She moved out the next day. Unfortunately, she did not stay with us long, she passed away on Easter morning.

Between the rude children who hang out in the parking lot, who do not move out of the way when you pull in to the ridicules drunken adults who party all night long on the corner. They do not have any consideration at all for the residents who have to get up to go to work.

You would thing that after a notice from management requesting residents not to use fireworks in the parking lot it would have been ok. No, the people on my block didn t care. I don t know if this is from the kids or adults but there is evidence of someone walking across the hood of my car, foot prints on the bumpers, to trash dumped beside my car. I have scratches and dents it makes me angry to live on a block with people who just don t care.

Just recently my neighbor s car was reported stolen, that is two that I know about. How many others are there'

And the final reason I am moving and will never recommend this dump to any one I know. I have been calling to have the leak in my roof fixed for the past 7 months, it still leaks in my bedroom window, and there is a big crack in the wall about 2 feet long that when it rains hard, it just runs down the wall. I just wish I had a digital camera to attach a photo.

Well sorry to hear about your moms passing. That is such a devastating experience to loose someone close to you. NOt to mention in all that devastation to have to endure such a hasty living experience at that dump.
