I moved in 2/2008 and I haven't had many problems. Every time I called maintenance they came right away. Now when I first moved in the windows were dirty,the stove was dirty and there were some minor cracks in the walls. The neighborhood is okay I stay to myself, there are kids outside, but you can't help that. The parking is better! Now I am paying $30 a month for a water bill only me and my son lve here thats too high to me when we take 1 shower a day and do the dishes once a day! I haven't had any mice or roaches!! The only thing is I found a set of keys at my house that looked like they could belong to maintenance,I didn't call them for anythingso idk. Overall its okay for the money!!!I want to know why is the rent 599 a month now! Oh yeah and they are expecting section 8 I dont think thats too bright!

Wow! They are only charge $599 now and excepting section 8??? They are going to attract an entirely different customer base...Hmmm that is interesting.
