I have lived here currently for 2 yrs now,this place is like animal planet! in the fall/winter you have mice spring/summer you have waterbugs(big ones) and ants! I have O.C.D so my house is always clean but mice are rampant as are the ants and waterbugs. maintenance does not have a clue,they rig everything and half-ass. the kids in the neighborhood are never supervised and steal your things and mess with your cars. the price is right but you know what they say "you get what you pay for" I will be moving within the next year.
