I've lived here for two years. The building is very nice and secure, but rather expensive. Some of the staff are extremely incompetent. The parking is aweful. There are not enough spaces for everyone, it is expensive, and the garage is currently under construction. The workout room is small but recently remodeled. If you "forget" to inform them about your cats, you will not get charged. (it worked for me) Baltimore does not have rent control, so the price keeps going up and up. I'm getting out now while I still have my shirt. The 7-11 and pharmacy are very convenient. Last but not least the transvestite prostitutes are all over the neighborhood, but offer tons of viewing entertainment.
