I lived here for 3.5 years and am only moving because of a job transfer out-of-state. The apartments are spacious and airy, and very quiet. I almost never heard any noise from the apartments next to or above me. If you get an apartment on the south side, there is a spectacular view of the Baltimore skyline.

I found the staff to be unfailingly polite and responsive. In general my maintenance requests were handled immediately and efficiently (there were the occasional slow responses, but usually only if there was something extraordinary going on).

I really enjoyed the location, and the amenities.

The parking situation is the one drawback - it took me nearly a year to get a spot in the building, and then it is rather cramped. Still, while I was waiting, I rarely had any trouble finding a spot within a block.
