I lived in Horizon House for almost two years. The first year was okay. No major problems. In the second year, I started to notice a mice problem and it wasn't just my apartment. The mice would run through the hallways. I didn't want to pay the exorbitant garage parking cost (it was over $100 when I left) so I parked on the street and was rewarded with a smashed passenger side window and missing cd player. Over all, I would have to give a thumbs down to Horizon house although I will say that I did not have any problems with getting things fixed timely (other than the mouse problem which they pretended to be clueless about).
