This place is terrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
In the winter, the hot water goes out about once every two weeks. They have shut off the heat for two consecutive nights in the middle of November, even though they knew they would have to do so at least a month before that. Apparently, they don't understand the concept that temperatures drop between October and November.
The elevators ALWAYS break. Last week all three elevators were not working, leaving us to use the steps if we wanted to leave or return to our apartments. Not a big deal if you're on the second floor. HUGE deal if you're on the 19th.
The building management actually gets mad at you if you complain about the hot water/heat/elevator issues. As though we are lucky to have those things in the first place. This building is awful. I cannot wait for my lease to expire.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!
