Office run by morons

I have lived in this building for several years. It used to be managed by Partners Mgmt, which was terrible & when the building was purchased by Sawyer realty, I thought, "It can't be any worse than Partners!" Well, I was wrong. The fire alarm was going off for about 12 hours a few weeks ago & no one would answer the phone at the office. The voice mail box is always full so you can't leave a message, and no one ever replies to e-mails. I went to the office to ask how much I'm paying for my parking space (because we just pay one price for apartment & 2 parking spaces & I want to know how much I would be paying when my roommate moves out) and the guy couldn't even tell me! I am trying to get them to offer me a discount to keep me here when my lease expires next month and they won't get back to me. It would really benefit them to do so because there is always a huge vacancy rate in the building, but I guess I'll be moving out. Also, the front gates are usually broken and when people leave the door open (as they often do) anyone can just walk right in. Several people's cars have been broken into in the supposedly "secure" parking lot (for which we pay somewhere between $55-$100 a month for... I don't know since the dude in the office can't tell me!) I do not recommend this place at all.
