Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I've been living in Hunting hills going on two years now and I do not plan on renewing my lease at all. Over all it has been an OK experience. The leasing office has always been pleasant and helpful and the maintenance staff was quick to answer calls and fix the appliances we were having problems with (some what). The apartments are OK looking, they have new carpet and new cabinets, but the kitchen and the bathroom floors are very outdated and the tile in my apartment was coming up in both rooms. We had to get rugs to cover them up. There are a lot of random cracks in the walls, which allows creatures (centipedes, spiders, ants, & mice) to come into your apartment unwelcome. I am not a dirty person at all, I kept my apartment very clean and we still managed to get mice & centipedes. I can t begin to tell you how many mice my husband caught. I will say this, we had NO roaches, but that's because we kept our house clean. My building for the most part wasn't very noisy but there were days when children wanted to play and tenants wanted to blast their music. If you are looking for a place to stay that's good on the pockets and pretty decent then you've found it here at Hunting Hills, just remember all the things I just told you.
