I have lived at Ivymount for 2 years and can undeniably state that this is the best-run facility I have ever seen. If you are looking for a place to call home (temporarily or permanently) look no further. Ivymount is situated in private, natural surroundings with lots of birds and wildlife. You will receive great, friendly maintenance service and a complex that is run by a fair but firm manager. I personally appreciate management that has hard and fast rules (announced up front) and a non-discrimination policy for everyone alike. I knew from day one what to expect and there were no surprises except pleasant ones. I like to think I'm like most people who take responsibility for their actions. Not everyone does. There are those who feel that renting gives them a license to mistreat their dwelling and not take responsibility for their own actions. This epitomizes what this no-blame society is all about. The scathing comments written previously are misdirected in my opinion. Don't be misled. If you don't check out Ivymount you're missing out!
