My wife and I lived at this property for almost 3 years and we are still looking for an 'IvyMount'-like apartment in the new area that we are moving to. Contrary to what some of the other posters, the staff was incredibly welcoming and nice - especially Sandra. As long as you are respectful and show common decency to the staff, they respond two-fold. Don't let the one or two bad apple tenants influence your opinion. For every negative review, I am sure there are 50 positive reviews waiting to get on. A Outfit
