It is intriguing how the comments for this place are both good and bad. This likely reflects the management, which can be as sweet as candy when they want to get your money; and mean as hornets when they don't want to part with their money. Ultimately, this is an old, run-down apartment complex. They need your money to upkeep it and will try their best to keep your money and not fix anything. Simple economics, as excercised by cold-hearted business people.
