I have lived in several apartments in the Baltimore area and this is the first I would reccomend again.

My primary joy is the fact that they maintenance crew ALWAYS responds in a timely fashion. One Sunday night at 11:30 pm I noticed what seemed to be a small leak (bubbling of paint and whatnot) in the bathroom ceiling. I called the emergency number and left a message (and assumed I wouldn't hear from them for a week). Within 10 minutes the head maintence man was on the phone with us and 15 minutes later he was in the apartment taking care of the damage.

This is my best example, but the buildings are built well, the kitchens are beautiful, the surrounding area is lovely, there are no complaints and in most areas they excel. They even have a storage area for each apartment so you get to enjoy the space that comes with having an apartment here. (And they allow grills if they are propane). I couldn't be happier with an apartment.
