I was a little worried when I read some of the reviews, especially about not getting my deposit back. I have to say that I received my full deposit plus part of the "buy out" because I had to relocate out of state during the middle of my lease. The office and maintenance staff were always great. The apartment was HUGE (1 BR w/den) with a great view of the trees off of the deck.
