I was lucky enough to happen upon Ivymount when moving to Baltimore 2 years ago. I lived in 2 different units, a 3-bedroom with a roommate and then a 1-bedroom when my roommate moved away for a job. I Loved both places, and got wonderful, friendly service. The views off of the huge wooden decks are incomparable and make you feel like you are in the country, not Baltimore city. I had wonderful interactions with neighbors, staff, and management. If you pay your rent and take care of your unit, management will treat you with matching respect. Finally, the amenities are awesome...a brand new pool, gym, and rentable community center. Overall, I loved living at Ivymount and wish I could have taken it with me to NC when I moved away.
