I lived in the apt for a little over a year, and it was a living nightmare. The garbage disposal always broke, water leaking from the upstairs bathroom to the living room downstairs, we had rats, the place smelled funny, the toilet would always block up. The maintenance was terrible, i complained for months and got nothing. Everything in the apt pretty much broke down. then there were the nasty maintenance guys who did drugs and tried to get with females. Don't move here, it is very unsafe, I cannot say how many times I was harassed by low life's here
