If you look st the big picture Jamestown is really not a bad ploace to live it is the residents the cause the noise and the trash.We constantly complain about the nosie and trash but don;t put no effort into keeoing it cleam=n and actually caring about where we live. Just becasue we are renting does not n=mean to be carelss, I understand there is a few maintenance prolems and rodents but I have not acutally had any serious problems. The office staff is efficeint and they try to handle as many problems as they can, if you really take time out and talk to the staff and understand the community that we live in. The property is over 30 years old and can do some improvemnets on the inside and out. But for the price that we pay you will realize that it really not that bad. I can say from experience you not going to get all good reviews from the site anyway because some people are just fed up and if it is that serious get a house. And take care of your own problems.
