We moved here in July 06 and we have enjoy the apartment. I will say one thing that we have a better Property Manager and Leasing Consultant then when we move in. The past people just didn't want to help you. I have had all my maintenace issuse taken care of in a timely matter. When we first move in there were a bad roach problem but the management has been working very hard on this problem. And it is much much better then before. Nice thing about the building that is so nice and clean and the hallways are nice an bright. And we are close to alot of shopping and public transportation. I feel that Renee and Vicky are the great people and I am so glad that they are Managing The Jefferson House. I give them 18 stars......
