Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
all the plumbing went to the bottom floor apartment. neighbors noisy. staff was definately unprofessional.apartment with one bathroom no dishwasher no washing machine cost way more every month than a house that has a water bill every three months and all those things plus an extra bathroom. problems never got fixed. move in insoection waste of time. rent went up 100 dollars because I went to six month leasing after one year of stayingf there. one good thing is closet space was very nice. oh kitchen sink and water smelled like sewage.
