REASONABLE RENT SKY HIGH UTILITES!!!

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
Not a bad price, not a bad neighborhood. Terrible management and worse yet although you have new windows but no insulation. 2 bedroom electric bills in the winter $145 in the summer right around $200. Have a maintenance issue' Be prepared to be ignored. There are much nicer and better managed communities in this area. Ohhh and I left my apartment SPOTLESS and they took my entire security deposit and sent me a letter for $4. Glad I bought a house! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
