I lived in this apartment complex and sadly saw the downfall of a nice, quiet place. The company who owned the complex prior to the pathetic excuse of a realty they have now, was the best one anyone could ever wish for. Now,the employees help themselves into the apartments whenever they feel like it. Which means they also have complete access to all your property. My belongings and food were both used by the staff without my permission. But don't dare complain to the evil, nasty property manager, Ellen Fenske. She'll deny any wrong doing on behalf of her scruffy, dirty maintenance staff. I was told "prove it in court". Impossible, considering they have master keys. Check with the police who work in this area and they will tell you that there are regular calls at this location of possible burglaries. Several police have lived here I'm told, and have left because of the unsafe living conditions and increased crime in the area since Continental Realty and the evil witch Ellen Fenske have taken over. Ellen is the opitome of unprofessionalism, and by far the rudest individual I have ever had the misfortune of meeting. Ellen dear, if you read this I know you won't know what "opitome" means... look it up! For those who have not met her yet, you can't miss her. She's the one with the REALLY bad dye job (red hair is not for everyone) and is fat.
