Well where do I start. I lived here for about 2 1/2 years and it has been the worst 2 years of my life thanks to this pathetic apartment complex. The horrible so called "Manager" Elen Fenske, a.k.a. Dragon Lady, a.k.a. Dumb and Dumbest, a.k.a Dopy, is not fit to run a hotdog stand. The maintainance men all have an IQ of a caveman and the apartment complex itself is just the pits. Prior to Continental Realty buying this complex it was a nice and quite neighborhood. I use to live here before I was married and it was nice even though the apartments were not the nicest at least the managers and maintanance men were really good and responsive and they really cared about the community. Now there is grafitti everywhere in the community, parking is horrible, the Air Conditioning only works when its not hot outside, the sinks in the bathroom always gets backed up, and worst part is that you have people running the place that dont care and are complete a** holes and dont do thier jobs. Yeah the rent is good but it is not worth it. The stress alone will kill you. The only reason my wife and I stayed is because we are trying to save money for a house. But if I can turn back time, I would definitely have just paid the extra bucks for a better place. I definitely DO NOT recommend this place. Please take it from me, I would not want my worse enemies to experience the nightmares I had dealing with this place. If you rent here you will regret it for the rest of your life.
