Do not move here even if your life depended on it.

Seriously. Thats how I felt. I would have rather lived in my car. Everything went down hill when the new management took over. I had really nice neighbors when I moved in. Then when the new management took over, all my nice neighbors started moving out one by one. And when I asked them why they were moving it was because of Ellen Fenske's "management". And thats the same reason my wife and I moved out. (The lady is a paper weight). I am not the kind of person that would talk about someone or say something bad about someone but this lady is just a peice of work. You cannot have an inteligent conversation with this lady. Its because she really doesnt care. The old management really cared about the landscape, and the happiness of their tenants. Even though the apartments were not the best in the world the management staff really cared. And it really made the difference. Ellen however has the "sweep under the carpet" technique. Nothing is replaced everything is a band aid fix. No permanent fixes. And NO, I am not a past employee, or a rival apartment complex (even though that is the latest excuse I heard that Ellen Fenske is using to explain these bad reviews) Anyways... for all of you reading this I hope you make the right decision. Please take my word for it. I dont want you to learn by experience. Goodluck
