The leasing office is incredibly unprofessional... Myself and two friends were on the waiting list for an apartment and we recieved a letter saying to come in the next day if we wanted the apartment. I did this and they said it was ours and gave us the applications. We turned in the applications just like they said, and then when my friend went to give them the application fee the manager said to not worry about and bring it back another time when all 3 of us would pay together. My other friend goes in a week later to pay the fee and they inform us they gave our apartment away to someone else. To make matters worse, they gave each of the 3 of us a different excuse. They lied to me on the phone, saying nobody ever gave them the money. When I kept telling them this was wrong, they stumbled for another excuse. They are terrible at handling problems and one person there will tell you one thing while another one says something else.
I also lived there for 7 months and the maintenance requests were almost never answered and our neighbors were rude and noisy and even complaints to the leasing office were useless because they didn't do anything to help solve that problem. You also have to pay all of your utilities here, yet there are much better places for the same price in the same area that will pay these for you!!
