I can't believe anybody is giving this place good reviews, let alone all 5's. Three people that love it; two that just moved in, and a racist. Good people to take a word from. I loved my apt. when I first moved until I got to know the place.

There is no insulation in these apts, so the gas bill is sky high if you like to be comfortable and use your a.c. I've had bills for $170 for a month. The walls are paper thin so not only can you hear your neighbors, but the noise coming from the doorway and the stairwell is ridiculous. If you have roommates, don't take the room close to the stairwell or say goodbye to sleeping. I had my apartment broken into, and both me and my roommates cars were broken into because of the lack of lighting and security in the parking lot. Not to mention one of my neighbors had his car keyed all the way around.

As far as management, they suck at every apt. I've ever had. I'm not pleased or disappointed here, it's the same crap that I've ever dealt with. Maintenance, same way. If your looking for an apartment, look somewhere else. And as far as not seeing the actual apt before move in, that's what they did to me and I was welcomed by a roach infestation. They sprayed one apt instead of all of them and the roaches just spread across the building. They came back out quickly, but it shouldn't have happened. Always see your apt before you move in.
