We have had so many problems living here I don't know where to begin. We moved in on a Saturday and no one was ready for us. They had to make phone calls, etc to get it straightened out. Hallways are disgusting, neighbors are disgusting. Apartment next door caught fire in January and our apartment reeked of smoke. We had to open all the windows and stay somewhere else overnight due to the frigid tempuratures. Management claimed apartment didn't smell, not to mention the fact it took them over a month to put new windows in the apartment next door therefore doubling our heating bill. I find it absolutely ridiculous that we have to split our water bill with other tenants in building. People below us have 5 people in apartment and you can hear everything- I mean everything. Price is not worth the hassle of putting up with the crap they pull here. Our sidewalk and parking lot is a sheet of ice EVERY winter and they could care less. Not to mention that the gutters are broken so when it rains and you're walking into your building you get soaked. If you're wondering why we've stayed for so long it's due to the fact that we both work full time and are in school so we have not been able to look for another place, however we will be moving when our lease is up without doubt.
