To keep it short and simple. Maintenance is really slow. I have waited over a week to have a minor job done and the office keeps lieing and saying it is on the work order or in the computer, but noone ever comes out. I've had to complain to the property owners on my last request and will do the same on this one to get the job done. they have a 6 day a week maintenance staff. there is no excuse why anyone should wait over 1 week for service, especially since I specifically asked about the maintenance turnover time before I signed my lease and was assured it only takes 24-48 hrs to get a job done. Needless to say I'm very disappointed

I completely agree with this. The first time I put in a work order, I waited one week and no one came out. I called and "there was no record of my work order in the system". The second time I put in a work order, I waited two weeks (i'm still waiting), so I called yesterday (7/13) and I was told "there was no record of a work order". So now i'm pissed and I talked to Juanita who promised me it would be done tomorrow (7/13)...I come home and still no repairs. So I called today and I was told my "work order" was handed personally to the property manager and it should be completed. I will not get my hopes up. I'm about to buy some gorilla glue and fix the problem my self. The 2nd night in my apartment I had to call for emergency maintenance and he was flirting with me. I should have taken his number. Maybe my repairs would be done by now.
