I did break my lease and they tried to sue me for the balance, but it worked out in my favor and I don't owe. I lived on the 3rd floor to avoid the over-head noise, only problem when I have to buy groceries and loging up the laundry. Laundry room has only 2 washers and 2 dryers and there were none in my building, so I will split my load between 2 buildings running back and forth. No mice or rodents while I lived there. Kitchen was updated. Parking was horrible. My court was narrow, (Salem Village Road), however, the Spanish neighbors will have their co-workers pick them up and block the driveway while he is inside, so I had to sit there and wait for him to move his truck so that I can get to work. I had to call my boss and explained that I am blocked in and will be late. The elderly neighbor had her car side swipe and no one left a note, I think it was the same Spanish workers. Nothing against Spanish people, I was born and raised in NYC, but if you are wrong you are just wrong. If you decide to move there, please ask to see apartment before signing lease and make sure you document everything on the move-in list. Will need a car. Public transportation is limited. Lighting in hallway was not good. Timer need adjusting.
