I lived there for 5 years. Walls are too thin and neighbors can be heard easily. Buildings are old (1969) with inadequate HVAC. The roof leaked and the cabinetry might have been from 1970. Parking is okay if your neighbors have less than 3 cars and no one tries to steal yours (car stolen in 2004). I also had a police chase teminate next to my building and a drunk drive into the adjacent woods a week later. So safe is not a word I'd use. The rent goes up every year by $20 and they make you pay for water plus all your utilities. To top it all off I informed them of my non-renewal on time, recieved a confirmation, and moving out checklist. I was out with the apartment cleaned a day before the lease was up. It's been 3 weeks and I just recieved a court notice stating that I am late on my rent. They are obviously poorly managed. As I write this I am waiting for them to call me back (you don't get to talk to a person when you call the office). Don't bother going there unless you are driving by on your way to a better property.
