The "yes" was irrelevant

I had lived there for well over 2 years. Most of the issues, that I had encountered, have already been stated in this section. About every year the leasing office has a new manager. Your concerns and problems are always getting handed over to someone else. Not one person in management, can you depend on to address the matters that u need to be taken care of. Basically, the response that u will recieve, when submitting your complaint, is one of two possibilitis...either 1) to lead u to BELIEVE that the problems will be fixed (weeks or months down the road)or 2) the problem does get fixed in a timely fashion, but reoccurs days or weeks later. There has only been one "yes" that i have seen for a remcomendation. The "commentee" had put no "spine" into their "argument". There were too many unrelated topics stated. So to me, the "yes" was irrelevant. You seriously can hear every move your neighbor makes. (not an exageration) There still are electrical problems in the buildings. Though I am glad to hear, that one of the cases was taken care of(previously stated) When you see the new and "improved" apartments, that have been "upgraded", you might wanna take a gander at what is lying undernieth. You can't fix a problem by covering it up. And maybe you might not get to frusterated at first, until the maintenance comes in, to service the call, and acts as if the previously exsisting problem, has somehow been caused by you. Just think about it first, before u make any final decisions. Sure, their monthly rates are not too high there, but did u ever concider why' They are not gonna reject too many new applicants, when it's hard enough keeping their current tenants. Sure every apartment complex has its problems. However, those problems are taken care in a proper and timely manor. Some issues they have are just not excusable or exceptable. Just think twice before making these apt's your "home" vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

I can't agree with you more. We lived there for two years. The first year was good but after that, forget it. We were on the second level and the noise level from above was horrible. I finally had to go to the corporate level to get it taken care of, the property manager couldn't have cared less. They never fix anything, they just put band aids on it.
