I don't drink, but I must have been drunk when I wrote my first review!! What was I on because honey, living here is MISERABLE!!
O! and I have a little helper helping me write my review:MR & MRS MOUSE!!!!! and their kids, cousins, and I'm sure soon Uncle Rats gonna show up too!!. First luckily I do not have rats yet but there ARE rats near the dumps that are closer to Lowell Ridge. Remember my nightly walks'' I saw them!!
Anyway about 2 months ago I saw a fat little grey mouse. Freaked out yes...trapped it thought the nightmare was over then late one night I heard my husband banging his fist on the kitchen counter...Honey, what's wrong...if u didn't like my casserole...it's okay...he said aw man it's a group of mice DIVING off the counter INTO the sink!!!
I HAVE PHOTOS and it's deplorable!!
Anyway that grey mouse from Feb. we found under the sink. I'ts now March ..my husband is like honey...is there a leak under the cabinet'' What's all this wetness''' Take 2 guesses and it's not WATER!! e-u. Then maintenance brought in about 7 sticky traps all over my kitchen counter ... later behind the microwave...mouse butt but no mouse. WELCOME TO MY WORLD. PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE. The rent is sky high. There is no parking. Your car will get dinged, binged, etc. There will be one junk car that NEVER moves and parked RIGHT NEXT TO YOUR BUILDING. One that parks at an angle so that you can't park properly. You will begin to hold your breath as you turn in your lot in hopes to find a space. One day you will get one close enough to your apartment and you will need to run back out BUT YOU WON'T because you know you will never get this close again!
I used to be sad when someone moved away...but now I just raise my fist and shout yea! They made it out!!
I asked this company to give me fair valu for living like this. In a nutshell they told me to "deal with it". Tenants, KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!!Unfortunately the health department can not help you but the HOUSING INSPECTOR will!! They will come out within 3 days or so. You DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE W/TERMITES-ROACHES-MICE-RATS-FAULTY PLUMBING-MOLD.Kenilworth @Perring Park back you against the wall with that silly release they make you sign. Who has the money to leave'' I don't. When the inspector pulled out the "new" appliances from my "remodeled" apartment...2 holes so big I could squeeze my chubby bottom in. One was patched up w/FLOOR TILE!!!!!!!!! Oi!
Pray that I get a fair deal from this mess.It doesn't look like I will but I am sure they will be fined heavily. Sucks I have to pay though...
BTW... By 7pm every night EVERY BIT OF TRASH is removed from my home. Fresh traps placed around the kitchen... I run to the living room feet up off the floor and TRY to relax by watching t.v. Then you are so sensitive to every sound!! Your heart pounds!! Then you hear the scurry of feet and a mouse shoots across the dining room carpet!!
Last night I heard the trap trip, I grab my digi-cam but no mouse. That's the scariest. When you go to sleep you turn the radio up so you don't hear them. This is so not cool. I'm totally embarresed actually and the tension it causes in the home is not fun. You lose weight though because you can't eat,you lose your appettite! Don't move here.

I'm just wondering if u live in the same apartment complex as I do? 6 cars were broken into in the parking lot over the past 3 weeks, the halls are filthy and the people in the office are flat out rude. Parkville is a great area ....they should knock down these apartments and start from scratch. That has been my experience over the past almost 18 months.

Can't argue with "attention K-Mart shoppers" -- the maint. staff probably trained there for their customer service.

back in early 1968 I was trasfered to baltimore. I was the very first tenant in my apartment,I was 25 years old and single. Everything was brand new,clean, the summer at the pool was great, meet new friends and had a ball. eventually had to transfer again, but I must admit it was the best apartment I've ever lived in. The grass always looks greener on the other side of the fence, but believe me it isn't..ps my next stop was the biggest horror show you could ever imagine.. so suck it up, get together with your neighbors and clean it up.....
