When we moved here the rent was at $500.00. Now we pay $900.00 plus. Each year the rate increases. The Prior owners were desent. There were enough employees to keep this place clean. The renters were of a higher quality. Now anyone can move here. Too many kids running wild. They play in the bldgs storage area,they climb in the laundry room screenless windows,they throw rocks and berries at each other while running inbetween the parked cars. There is yelling and screaming and jumping in the hallways. Also there are the college students that keep late hours along with the bumping and loud music with the Bass booming and constant thumping pounding . That is torture. Stomping up and down the stairs. My automobile has been scratched by these spiteful childern with the inner city attitudes. We have had enough of this once was nice community. Also I have taken pictures of the trouble.
