I just read a bad review and I had to look again to see if she was talking about the same apartment complex. I have lived here for three years and am very satisfied with the complex. The staff is helpful and my maintenance needs are responded to quickly. I am never stuck searching for parking and I see more rabbits than I do my neighbors.

The one complaint I do have is that the walls and ceilings are thin. I can sometimes hear my neighbors too well. When new noisy neighbors moved in a wrote a letter of complaint and they were sent a letter by the management company notifying them if the offense continued they would be kicked out. I have heard anything but footsteps and sometimes the headboard up against the wall since, but I can live with that. You should also be careful if you don't smoke and live above or below a smoker. Sometimes I can smell smoke when I go into my bathroom.

If you are looking for a quiet, affordable place that is close to tons of shopping then I would definitely recommend Kenilworth at Perring Park.
