A year ago I signed up with this name after I had only been in my apartment a few months and boy did I hate it here! I was ready to break the lease. Now after living here for a year and a half, it's not THAT bad as far as apartment living goes. I won't be renewing my lease, but it's not due to anything the apartment complex did.
I was lucky to be blessed with quiet/adult neighbors who are never home. There are only 2 children who live in the building and they are teenagers in highschool. My problems with maintenance have gotten better but only because after a few days if I haven't heard anything from them, I contact Johanna Weldon who is the Quality Assurance manager and she makes sure my concerns are addressed with in 48 hours.
I would suggest that if you are not getting the answers you need from the office staff contact Continental realty via email or write a letter. They are very quick with responses and they seem as if they really care about your concern. The office staff is a little flaky so i'm hesitant to deal with them. You'd be surprised what a letter can do.
