The building on Lowells ridge road, address:2290 is rampant with trailer trash foul mouth drugs & drinking by people who haveno moral family values. I suspect their living off the public trough know as section 8 vouchers. The management don't care, they don't have to live with it. When will the hard working people black & white stand up & realize you can't mix oil & water! These idiots are actually raising & i use that word generously, children who in all likehood will grow up just like mom & dad or live in boyfriend of the month.
I live in the homes adjacent to this crap hole & in the past ten years have seen it go steadiliy downhill. A disgrace to the human race is what it is!!!
