I have read the reviews before deciding to move here and I moved in anyway. I am in love with my apartment. I have no issues with maintenance, but I havent had to call then yet either. My apartment was upgraded when I moved in. I have the white bathroom as oppossed to the pink ones, and new vertical blinds were placed in all the windows of my apartment. I have no problems with the noise in my building ( i live on the 3rd floor). The parking situation is not so bad, there are nights when I come in late that I may not be able to find a space in the lot, but there is plenty of parking on the street ( which is not far from the lot, I live on Lowell Ridge Rd). The only issues I have with the apartments is the outside hallways. The carpet is in need of replacement. The bedrooms are located towards the front of the apartment, and the a/c doesnt reach it too well ( I make use of the fan). They have just replaced all the front doors to the building and installed new mailboxes. Overall I would recommend. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

Well, consider yourself one of the lucky people who actually got one of the new apts. And since you are on the 3rd floor, you don't experience the full effect of the floor noise. Yes in any apt you will hear the poepl above you move around, but in these apts it was rediculous. Good luck!

I'm glad you like it too, but you havn't fully experience the full effect until you have to deal with the management staff or needing to get something fixed. I will never recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. You should not have to park on the street because that's how they sold you the apartments by saying it was good parking. And since it's getting cool outside you don't have to worry about the parties and the children running in and out of the buildings. Sometimes I think that these "recommend" comments are posted so the Apartment rating won't go down because I can't believe anyone is satisfied with living here.

I agree with you. Coming from someone who has been living in apartments for 5 years now, this isn't so bad. People are too touchy. The parking is excellent. Had two minor maintenance issues, they came the same day and fixed them. The price I'm paying is actually very, very good for the area. I feel safe here. Only problem was people walking upstairs above me and the creaky floor. They said they'd look into it when the tenants moved out, and I haven't heard much of a noise in 4 months. It's not perfect, but it's an apartment. You can't really expect much more for the price. Walls are thin, windows are cheap, heat escapes, etc, but like I said it's an apartment.
