This place looks great on the outside and around the leasing office building but that's where it ends. The walls are paper thin. You hear everything; people arguing, having sex, fighting, snoring, music, and their t.v. The price they charge for rent is ridiculous. The parking sucks. The water bill is too high even if you don't use alot of water. The ceilings leak when it rains. The pluming sucks. If you take a shower it's more like you are taking a bath because the water takes FOREVER to drain out. It doesn't matter if you complain about it because all maintenance will do is pour drain-o down the tub. If someone is smoking in the next apartment it WILL come in yours. The heat is the worst. All throughout the winter my apartment was an ice box. The vents just blew out cold air. Every night I slept in hoodies and sweat pants. I called the leasing office and all they did was change the filter, which they already did 2 weeks prior. When I first moved in the police raided my neighbors apartment because he used the apartment to store his drugs. The dryers in the laundry room doesn't work when both machines are on. Maintenance said that they could not fix them because the property doesn't own the machines, so the company who actually owns the machine came out but they took two weeks before the laundry room to reopen and the still did not fix the problem. The only plus is the spaciousness and storage and so far I haven't had problems with mice or roaches but my new neighbors did.The rep name Michelle in the leasing office is nice. I can't wait till my lease is up. Personally I can not stay here for another year with the rent going up because it is not worth it. When choosing a place to live please check out everything and please drive by it at night to see what you don't see in the morning. If you don't mind all the cons that I mention in the review then this place might be for you. Choose wisely!
