I'm really surprised by all the negative reviews for this place, so I decided I should write one of my own. We (3 college seniors) moved in 2 months ago and have been happy since day one. Our apartment is HUGE, it was also incredibly clean when we came in. They also let us come do a look-around after the apartment was ready and before we moved in. Our carpets were professionally cleaned and all the walls looked freshly painted too. After we got settled in we still love it- I've had to put in a few maintenance requests (a/c not cooling properly/bad smell coming from fridge) and the maintenance staff were here within the next day or sooner! The bad smell from the fridge turned out to be just bad chicken from one of my roommates (oops) but they fixed the a/c for us right away. We're on the 3rd floor so we don't really hear a lot of noise- the only one problem we had was the people directly below us BLASTED their music (to the point where the floor shook) on a couple occasions- it was so unbearable that I left the apartment to get away from the noise.

Oh there's also a REALLY nice pool, and our balcony is very nice as well. There's also laundry rooms in every other building with 2 washers and 2 dryers in each of them (or at least in the one we use).

Other things that we like about the place is there's absolutely NO rodents or bugs. Our hallway doesn't stink either like some people say. This apartment community is pretty big however so maybe some buildings aren't as nice as others. I suggest after you find out what apartments are available from here, that you go and check out the inside of the building that it's located so you can get a general idea (that's what we did anyway).

It really bothers me that grown adults complain SO MUCH about stupid petty things, you're living in an apartment COMMUNITY, when you get a real job and grow up maybe you can go buy a nice house where you're in charge.
