My experience with living at Key Landing was short. My neighbor played his stereo at all hours at a high volumne. Owners failed to pick up after pets which made the grass turn brown. Trash was left all over the neighborhood. Security officers were never at the guard house, which the leasing office said that the apartment complex was very safe. I had the police come to my home because of suspicious activity and informed me that the neighborhood was heavily into drugs and burglaries. My neighbors unit was infested with fleas and feces from pets who weren't let out to use the bathroom. I was never notified of this until I found out from another neighbor that the apartment had to be totally renovated and the entire building was infested with fleas, which was a grave concern to me because I have 2 indoor cats.
