the apartments are newly renovated and utilities are included in your rent which is a big plus. office staff is helpful however sometimes appear overwhalmed. maintenance is always there the same day and they are courteous. i really enjoyed the fishing pier and ball fields for our children. very nice well maintained place to live. highly recommend
