When my husband and I first moved to Maryland we were referred to this apt. I saw this apartment complex before it went through its changes and it was not so pleasant. I must admit, once we moved in, it was a great apt complex and everyone was nice and friendly and the management tried very hard to keep it a nice place and we thought we were paying a decent amount for rent. After about a year the management started to slack off and not care as much. They dont enforce rules and its slowly starting to go down hill again. Before this place was renovated and the name changed, it was not the place you would want to be. Just saying the name would put a shock on peoples face. If they would stick to their rules and enforce them I would have no problem. Also, in the 1 1/2 we have lived their they have raised our rent twice, almost totally $100.00. Would I recomment people living here- Yes. Just be prepared to complain to get things done. The main problem we had was with the kids throwing balls over our cars and riding their bikes in and out of our cars. I have seen a few kids hit the cars and the run away. Just be careful.
