I moved here after living in another community in the area. Everything here is new, great waterfront and pier, and best of all, my neighbors aren't engaged in criminal activity. If you wish to live on the water for not a lot of money, in a gated community, you can't go wrong with this place! Are they perfect'..No. But their pretty darn good in my experience.Did I mention that the apts are huge and newly renovated'
