We have been living here since March of this year and have had nothing but issues the entire time. The floors and walls are so thin that you can actually hear people having phone conversations and understand every word. At midnight people feel the need to honk their horns to get the attention of residents and show no respect for anyone who keeps normal hours. The gate is great but doesn't help when neighborhood thugs just climb it and jump over.....
