My wife and I have lived at Key Landing for 1 1/2 years and have enjoyed the experiance thus far. Our building is a mixture of age ranges from infants to Senior Citizens such as we are. Every one I know in the building is friendly and considerate of other neighbors. The building is kept very clean and well maintained by an excellant maintanance staff. The grounds are beautiful and the play area, pic-nic area and pool are a pleasure to have. They also have special things going on for the tenants throughout the year. They have a pic-nic provided by the Southern Mgmt. Staff in the spring. They also have pool parties, bingo, movie nights, yard sales, easter egg hunts and other activities planed throughout the year.

The only thing I would like to see would be someplace we could wash our vehicles.

I particularly enjoy the fishing pier located on Lynch Cove.
