I have lived here for 3 years and have never had a problem until this summer. The mice have taken over! I moved to this apartment because I used to live at another place that the same management company owned and the maintenace was great. The maintenance staff is good here too but the exterminator sucks. When they came to exterminate my house they plugged holes with plastic grocery store bags. I had to complain to maintenance 3-times and write a threatening letter once before they actually came out and plugged all the holes in my apartment properly. I haven't seen mice in my apartment but I hear them throughout the day in the walls. Needless to say I'll be moving at the end of my lease.
