I loved the complex when I first moved here in 2005, but I have contemplated moving more now. I like the rental office staff and maintainence staff because they are friendly and helpful. However, I'm starting to see trash on the grounds and dumpsters over flowing at times. I've never had a rodent or roach problem just spiders. I do have an extreme mold problem that has yet to be resolved. I have requested repair for leaks in my bathrooms several times and they just do patch up work instead of really fixing the problem which contributes to the mold. I see the atomosphere of the complex is changing a little. I went to the pool regularly the first 2 two years, but I barely wanted to visit this past summer because of the element of people at the pool. Anything goes on because there is no real supervison. There is too much profanity and lots of teenagers hanging around who are not swimming in the pool; just hanging out.
