ok.. the below review is a complete ploy (the 5 star review)... i didn't purchase my condo because condo fees alone were 276 a month!!!!! for 730 sqft.

if you can somehow manage to get a place in there for 1200 for a 1bd .. do.. otherwise .. its still not worth it.

oh and the walls are still paper thin. and hopefully the staff still doesn't have a pissy attitude.
